Charging high prices for unreliable access is just terrible.
Geniuses Wireless provides a critically needed service to its rural communities. The customer service is excellent, billing is simple and pricing is fair compared to the price gouging you get with other providers. I only wish they could provide more bandwidth.
Absolutely horrendous, constantly slows and drops out, outrageously priced. Don't waste your money on this pile of garbage.
We tried to get internet at a few different homes we lived in and our options were satellite which was very expensive and slow or Genisis, a friend recommended we try them and it worked very well, we took it to 4 different homes and it was reliable and customer service and install techs were always great. Highly recommended as a satellite alternative.

Internet is cutting out every five minutes and we've had this issue before multiple times and when it's not cutting out, we're getting speeds getting 20 kilobytes per second. When they attempt to fix it, it takes multiple days, just to get the same issue month after month. Sadly, this is the only internet source in my area that is faster than satellite when it's working properly.
